Google Drive Unable to Open File at This Time

Perhaps you are receiving an error message like the one below when trying to open your Google Drive links included in your EB Dashboard. 

If this is an error you are encountering, unfortunately, there isn't much we can do other than wait. Not a great answer - we know :/ It is a Google-related issue that doesn't have anything to do with our files, links, or resources. 

Sometimes, if you follow the steps in this article to be sure you're logged into just one Google Account, it will be fixed, but this isn't always the case.

Also, logging in from a different device has also been a solution to this problem in the interim while you wait for Google to work the kinks out itself.
