Deleting a Class in the Digital Planner

At present, there is not a way to delete a class in the digital planner. This is a function that our platform developers and our team are diligently working on.

Until this feature is available, we recommend utilizing the check boxes in the Weekly Planner view to only view the classes you are utilizing the planner for. Uncheck any class you do not want to view. In the Scope + Sequence view, you can only view one class at a time.

Another option is to edit the class (to edit, click into the class inside the Classes tab in your Portal and click the pencil icon in the upper right) and set the dates of the class for some date in the past that you don't need to see on your planner anymore - this could even be the first week of school, for example. Be sure to click "save." This WILL NOT remove the class from your Classes section, but you will no longer see it in your planner if you do this simple date change.

You can also rename your class to show that you are not using it at the moment, such as "Deactivated Class" or "Do Not Use." You can always change the name again if you need the class.
