My account has been revoked.
If you find that your EB Teachers' ELA Portal account has been revoked, please reach out to our Customer Support Team at caitlinandjessaica@ebacademics.com so that we can look into your account.
Revoking access to an account can happen for several reasons:
- Failed payment due to expiration of the card on file, insufficient funds, or the card on file needs updated, or other circumstances
- Your school partnership expired and your school did not renew your All Access license
- Your personal membership expired and you did not renew your monthly or yearly membership
