CANCELLATIONS
If you decide that The EB Teachers' ELA Portal is not the right fit for your needs or teaching style, you may cancel your membership at any time.
All memberships will renew automatically based on your subscription plan. As no contract is associated with your membership, you are free to cancel at any time.
If you choose to cancel, you will no longer have access to the materials provided to you by EB Academic Camps, LLC, and you acknowledge and agree that you will no longer have the right to download, teach, or utilize the resources in your classroom or any other educational setting.
If you wish to cancel your membership, please head to our cancelation page: https://www.ebteacher.com/cancel. Please be sure to email us to cancel your subscription at least two (2) business days prior to your subscription renewal date.
Once you cancel, you will maintain access to the Members Dashboard until your current billing cycle ends. After your billing cycle ends, you will no longer have access to the Membership Dashboard nor any content within The EB Teachers' ELA Portal membership site.
REFUNDS
While we do not anticipate buyer's remorse, we do understand that, from time to time, our resources might not meet the needs of your students as you anticipated. If you do not believe The EB Teachers' ELA Portal fits your needs, we are happy to offer a refund up to 48 hours after your first membership payment. This applies to ONLY monthly memberships. If you are on the fence about joining, please purchase a monthly membership first; then, you can upgrade to a yearly membership at any time. If you need a refund, please send an email to caitlinandjessica@ebacademics.com to begin the refund process.
After this 48-hour period, all sales of digital products downloadable upon confirmation of purchase are final.
WANT TO REJOIN US?
If you cancel your membership, you will not be eligible for a new membership until we open the doors for enrollment again. You will also only be able to rejoin at the current registration price. This means that if you joined at a lower price than the current registration price, you will not be eligible to rejoin at your initial lower price.
UPGRADES
You can upgrade your membership to a yearly subscription to save on your monthly subscription. When you upgrade from monthly to yearly, your yearly membership will begin on the day your last monthly payment ends.

SUBSCRIPTION LICENSE
All content within The EB Teachers' ELA Portal is copyrighted material. As a member, you are given access to use this material in your classroom. Please note that your membership is for a single-user, teacher license only. This means you may not share one membership login with other teachers or transfer your license to another name or email address—your membership is solely for your use only. It is against the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to share any of our resources with other teachers. No one other than the named license holder is allowed to access the dashboard or utilize the resources included in the program.
Your subscription license is personal to you and may not be transferred or assigned to any other party without the express written consent of EB Academic Camps, LLC. Additionally, this means your membership cannot be transferred to another teacher at your school or to your school as the owner of the membership, in general. Personal memberships cannot be purchased by schools and/or districts nor can they be purchased with school funds (purchase order, check, or school credit card).
The use of the resources provided by EB Academic Camps, LLC is only available under an active subscription license. By subscribing, you gain access to the resources in accordance with the terms outlined in this agreement.
Failure to follow the terms of use may result in termination of access without a refund. If you have reason to believe these terms are being violated, please contact us at caitlinandjessica@ebacademics.com.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All resources provided by EB Academic Camps, LLC are protected by intellectual property laws, including but not limited to copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the resources without prior written consent from the Company.
By accessing or using the resources provided by EB Academic Camps, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the resources.
