EB School and District Partnership Program Terms

EB Teachers’ Club Transferable District License:

EB Teachers’ Club licenses are per teacher and are valid for one school year, from 8/1 to 7/31. After 12/1, Early Access can be purchased for $100 per license for the remainder of the current school year when purchased with a license for the following school year. These licenses may be transferred to a new teacher in the same position at no additional cost as needed by emailing schools@ebacademics.com.

Teachers will receive Monthly Issues on the first of each month as long as they are active members. These will be available on their personal dashboard with a set of resources for grades 5-6, as well as a set of resources for grades 7-8. Teachers will also receive two free unique coupon codes each month to redeem for individual resources of their choosing from the EB Resource Marketplace.

In the event that the license is not renewed, teachers will no longer have access to the EB Dashboard and materials provided by EB Academic Camps, LLC. The resources of the EB Teachers’ Club may only be used in conjunction with an active license to the program.

It is against the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to share any of our resources with other teachers. No one other than the named license holder is allowed to access the dashboard or utilize the resources included in the program. Failure to follow the terms of use may result in termination of access without a refund. Please contact us at schools@ebacademics.com to transfer a license.

EB Writing Program Transferable District License:

EB Writing Program licenses are per teacher and are valid for one school year, from 8/1 to 7/31. After 12/1, Early Access can be purchased for $100 per license for the remainder of the current school year when purchased with a license for the following school year. These licenses may be transferred to a new teacher in the same position at no additional cost as needed by emailing schools@ebacademics.com.

Teachers will receive access to the full EB Writing Program on their personal dashboards.

In the event that the license is not renewed, teachers will no longer have access to the EB Dashboard and materials provided by EB Academic Camps, LLC. The resources of the EB Writing Program may only be used in conjunction with an active license to the program.

EB Grammar Program Transferable District License:

EB Grammar Program licenses are per teacher and are valid for one school year, from 8/1 to 7/31. Early Access can be purchased for $100 per license for the remainder of the current school year when purchased with a license for the following school year. These licenses may be transferred to a new teacher in the same position at no additional cost as needed by emailing schools@ebacademics.com. Teachers will receive access to the full grammar program on their personal dashboards.

In the event that the license is not renewed, teachers will no longer have access to the EB Dashboard and materials provided by EB Academic Camps, LLC. The resources of the EB Grammar Program may only be used in conjunction with an active license to the program.

EB All-Access Transferable District License:

EB All-Access licenses are per teacher and are valid for one school year, from 8/1 to 7/31. After 12/1, Early Access can be purchased for $300 per license for the remainder of the current school year when purchased with a license for the following school year. Please note that Early Access includes a VIP ticket to the Summer Batch Planning Live Event (generally scheduled during the last week of June each year). These licenses may be transferred to a new teacher in the same position at no additional cost as needed by emailing schools@ebacademics.com.

Teachers will receive access to all existing Monthly Issues of the EB Teachers’ Club as well as future issues as released on the first of each month as long as they are active members. Each Issue will be available on their personal dashboard with a set of resources for grades 5-6, as well as a set of resources for grades 7-8. Teachers will also receive access to all existing individual resources in the EB Resource Marketplace, as well as the two new resources released each month that they are members.

Teachers will also receive access to the EB Writing Program and the EB Grammar Program on their personal dashboard and all of the Personal and Professional Development Resources included in each of the three programs.

In addition, teachers will receive a VIP ticket to the Winter and Summer Batch Planning Live Events (events are typically held the first weekend of January and the last week of June each year). Teachers will receive a replay of each day of the 2-day Professional Development Experience for 30 days following the event in case they are not able to attend live.

In the event that the license is not renewed, teachers will no longer have access to the EB Dashboard and materials provided by EB Academic Camps, LLC. The resources of the EB All-Access Program may only be used in conjunction with an active license to the program.
