If you decide that The EB Teachers’ Club is not the right fit for your needs or teaching style, you may cancel your membership at any time.
All memberships will renew automatically based on your subscription plan. As there is no contract associated with your membership, you are free to cancel at any time.
If you chose to cancel, you will no longer have access to the materials provided to you from EB Academic Camps, LLC. If you would like time to download your materials, please be sure to email us to cancel your subscription at least two (2) business days prior to your subscription renewal date. This will ensure you have ample time to download your content.
If you wish to cancel your membership, contact us via email at email@example.com. Once you have canceled, you will maintain access to the Members Dashboard until the end of your current billing cycle. After your billing cycle ends, you will no longer have access to the Membership Dashboard nor any content within The EB Teachers’ Club membership site.
If you are canceling your EB Teachers' Club Membership, but are also an EB Writing Program Member, your cancellation terms are as follows:
When you chose to cancel, you will no longer have access to the Monthly Issues that are exclusive to the EB Teachers' Club provided to you by EB Academic Camps, LLC after your current billing cycle ends. You will, however, maintain access to your EB Dashboard, EB Writing Program, free resources, as well as any extra resources you purchased using your 30% off discount code. You will have the remainder of your active subscription to download all of your Monthly Issues to your own device, as you still maintain a license to use the resources in your own classroom. If you would like time to download your exclusive Monthly Issues, please be sure to email us to cancel your subscription at least two (2) business days prior to your subscription renewal date. This will ensure you have ample time to download your exclusive Monthly Issues.
While we do not anticipate buyer's remorse, we do understand that from time to time our resources might not meet the needs of your students as you anticipated. In the event that you do not believe The EB Teachers' Club is a fit for your needs, we are happy to offer a refund up to 48 hours after your first membership payment. This applies to ONLY monthly memberships. If you are on the fence about joining, please purchase a monthly membership first, then you can upgrade to a yearly membership at any time. If you need a refund, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the refund process.
After this 48-hour period, all sales of digital products downloadable upon confirmation of purchase are final.
WANT TO REJOIN US?
If you cancel your membership, you will not be eligible for a new membership until we open the doors for enrollment again (twice a year). You will also only be able to rejoin at the current registration price. This means that if you joined at a lower price than the current registration price, you will not be eligible to rejoin at your initial, lower price.
You can upgrade your membership to a yearly subscription to save on your monthly fee. When you upgrade from monthly to yearly, your yearly membership will begin on the day your last monthly payment ends.
