How do I reset my password in Kajabi (the former EB Teachers' Club dashboard)?

This article will help you reset your current password in Kajabi (your former EB Teacher dashboard), where your billing information is housed.

If you know your current password and need to change it, please click here.

If you follow these steps, but still do not receive your password reset email, it's likely because your school server is blocking our emails (or it's in spam, so please check there!). If this happens to you, please email us. 

How to reset your password:

Step 1:  From the sign-in page, select Forgot Password.

Step 2: Enter the email address associated with your EB Academics account. Then select Recover Password.

Step 3: You'll receive an email that will contain a link to reset your password. Click that link.

Step 4: After doing step 3, you'll be redirected to a page to enter your new password. Your password must be a minimum of 8 characters. Select Reset Password to officially reset your password.
